We are seeking an experienced

Parts Manager to oversee all parts and warehouse operations for our

Red Deer and Grande Prairie facilities (primarily based in Red Deer). This role provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring efficient inventory management, strong vendor relationships, and timely support for internal and external customers.

The parts manager leads a high-performing team and plays a key role in process improvement, safety culture, and operational excellence across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all parts and warehouse operations across Red Deer and Grande Prairie Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP (SAP) reporting. Direct purchasing, receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials. Negotiate vendor pricing, evaluate supplier performance, and manage departmental budgets. Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Operations to align inventory with project needs. Lead and develop the parts and warehouse team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. Maintain compliance with company safety standards and lead a safety-first culture.

Required Skills & Experience



5-10 years of experience in parts, warehouse, or supply chain management (industrial, oilfield, or equipment service preferred). Proven ability to manage large inventories and multi-site operations. Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and logistics processes. Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP preferred). Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Solid understanding of power generation, gas compression, and related equipment lines. Skilled in forecasting and planning inventory to meet customer and project needs. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. High level of initiative and accountability in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
