The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all parts operations within the dealership. This role focuses on maximizing return on investment by improving department processes, increasing profitable parts sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction -- both internal and external.

Achieve expected gross profit percentage Manage receivables Promote accessories through innovative displays and promotions Maintain range and depth of inventory while minimizing investment Minimize aged stock on hand Maintain a perpetual inventory process Track and follow up on back-order parts Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customers satisfaction

What you bring to the Team?



MUST have parts department leadership experience Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook is an asset Previous experience using PBS software would be an asset Must have flexible hours (including the ability to work on Saturdays) Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment Able to provide excellent customer service Have a positive, can-do attitude Must have legal right to work in Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $84,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
