We are seeking an experienced

Parts Manager

or

Fixed Operations Manager

to join our leadership team and help drive operational excellence across our Parts and Service Departments.

Key Responsibilities

Parts Manager Duties:

Oversee all aspects of the Parts Department, including inventory management, ordering, pricing, and sales. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely parts availability. Lead and mentor parts staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor parts performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Fixed Operations Manager Duties (if applicable):

Manage and coordinate the overall operations of the Service and Parts Departments. Set and monitor department goals, financial performance, and customer satisfaction targets. Work closely with technicians, advisors, and management to improve workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership policies.

Qualifications

Previous dealership experience in Parts Management or Fixed Operations required. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) an asset. Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
