What You'll Do



Lead, coach, and support a team of parts professionals to deliver top-notch customer service Oversee daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and positive morale Maintain optimal inventory levels - balancing availability with cost control Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products Provide accurate, timely parts support to technicians and customers Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for growth Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards Keep the department organized, professional, and focused on continuous improvement

What You Bring



3-5 years of experience in a dealership parts department, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management - automotive knowledge preferred Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team aligned with a culture of respect, trust, and growth Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities Solid organizational skills to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer software programs, inventory systems, and HRIS (Tekion, CDK, and Workday preferred) Valid Class 5 driver's license and an acceptable driving record
