Parts Manager

Parts Manager

, you'll oversee the daily operations of our parts department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service for all of our customers. Just as important, you'll motivate and support your team, fostering an environment built on respect, teamwork, and pride in doing things the right way. What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver top-tier customer service and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries. Manage inventory with precision, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste. Oversee financials, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control, to drive profitability. Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

2 years

experience in a similar role. Expertise in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and trade distribution. Proven leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong numeracy, administrative, and communication skills. Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, automotive industry standards, and best practices.
