Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the dealership. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Duties



Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in retail sales by guiding customers through product selections and transactions. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized workspace, including inventory management and merchandising displays. Utilize DMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking inventory and maintenance needs. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. Negotiate terms of sales when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience



Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Experience in customer service roles is highly valued, showcasing the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers. Familiarity with DMS or similar systems is beneficial for effective inventory management. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow within the dealership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
