Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. In-taking of tool repairs Assisting customers with parts identification, providing advice on parts selection, and processing sales. Managing, ordering, and distributing parts Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts, supplies, and materials. Maintaining records of orders, preparing requisition orders, and managing inventory levels. Handling customer orders, processing exchanges and returns, and preparing necessary paperwork. Servicing & Selling spare and replacement parts to customers Discussing and solving technical issues for their clienteles

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Previous experience in a parts department or repairs is required Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Understanding different parts, their applications, and how they fit together A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
