Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Parts Assistant. As a Parts Assistant, you will be responsible for handling of parts requests for shop mechanics, customers and other branches.

PARTS REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering parts calls

Greeting and assisting customers with parts enquiries

Ordering parts and maintaining inventory levels

Ensuring follow up with our customers

Setting up and keeping the storefront stocked, priced, neat, and clean

Perform other administrative tasks as required

Shipping/receiving and entering parts into inventory

Keep the parts room well organized and tidy

Assisting mechanics with parts enquiries and ordering

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma

Knowledge of equipment and parts used in the construction industry is useful

Parts department experience desirable

Communication skills

Simple computer operations

Personal and professional integrity

Well organized & Self-motivated

Customer service oriented
