Job Summary

Get in on the exciting opportunity to launch and shape the newly expanded Critical Parts retail shop at the base of RMR. This role is a year-round, full-time position as the store transitions from a ski/board shop in the Fall/Winter to mountain biking and hiking in the Spring/Summer. As an ideal candidate you have in-depth knowledge and experience in the sporting retail world including management, buying, Bootfitting and mountain biking.

Essential Job Functions

• Create a dynamic and exciting work environment with effective business management.
• Product buying per buy plan; monitoring, reporting, and re-ordering inventory.
• Receiving shipments, pricing, and storage.
• Merchandizing store and stock rotation.
• Staffing management, engagement, and PK training
• Manage the guest experience and ensure service standards are met or exceeded to achieve a high Net Promoter Score.
• Assist with developing e-commerce.
• Assist with loss prevention measures.

Required Qualifications and Abilities

• Post-secondary education in related field
• 2+ years\' experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
