POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Assistant (CSA) will be responsible for ensuring team related administrative tasks are completed. Main tasks include: entering and maintaining daily incoming part cross reference numbers to New Flyer part numbers, maintaining public team websites spreadsheet, electronically organizing and filing. Support tasks include: entering customer orders and daily quotes, entering and uploading quote/award contract information into Oracle, price verifications and all other administrative tasks to support the Customer Service Team.
