Open - Monday to Saturday

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000

What you'll do:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care. Write up repair orders, explain maintenance and repair needs, and provide accurate cost and time estimates. Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow. Identify and source required parts, verify availability, and process orders accurately. Follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products, warranties, and service promotions. Handle payments and close repair orders in accordance with dealership policies. Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

3 years of experience in automotive service advising and parts operations. Kia or import brand experience is an asset. Strong communication and organizational skills. A team player with excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Experience with PBS or other DMS software is an asset. Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract.
