Job Description


A+ Air Inc., a distributor of Atlas Copco industrial air compressors, is a locally owned and operated Saskatoon based company, proudly serving the province of Saskatchewan for over 20 years. We are currently seeking a Parts Clerk/Administrator who will work out of our Saskatoon office. This position is permanent full-time. Please note that this is NOT a remote position and must be based in the office. As this is a small company, this role will be responsible for all administrative duties and parts ordering functions as follows: Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of parts, shipping and receiving and order fulfilment on company\xe2\x80\x99s software system
  • Prepare and provide customers with product quotes
  • Prepare and track work and sales orders
  • Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
  • Ship, deliver products or equipment to customer
  • Coordinate the service schedule, ensuring all appropriate parts and equipment are ordered as well as all safety paperwork has been filled out accordingly
  • Responsible for all purchase and sales order entry, posting of invoices, warranty claims, credits and returns
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Owners and Service Technician
  • Responsible for reception duties including but not limited to responding to email inquiries, answering telephones, ordering office supplies, filing, incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages and deliveries, working with excel spreadsheets and data entry
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks associated with parts and sales
Skills and Requirements
  • Parts Management and/or Administrative Assistant course or equivalent experience of 3 years minimum
  • Previous knowledge of air compressors or experience in a parts environment a definite asset
  • Must have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Sage (Simply) Accounting or equivalent software is a requirement
  • Must pay attention to detail and have high level of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear concise and professional manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
