As a Partnerships Manager with Intrepid, you will play a big part in driving key growth initiatives from Intrepid\xe2\x80\x99s current partners (including traditional industry accounts) as well as focusing on the business development of new partnerships! You\'ll be an integral part of our team and will work with our industry partners in contracting, planning, and managing initiatives that drive key growth and brand awareness. In this position, you\'ll collaborate across the business, as well as manage your own team, so the ability to build strong relationships and communicate with ease will be an important part of this role! It will be your responsibility to empowering your team members, lead by example and provide guidance and support for our Industry Sales Specialists. This is a fixed-term (13 months) full-time position, based out of our Toronto office on a hybrid basis, at times you will also attend local and national training, meetings, and events where needed, dependent on your account-specific demands.
