What You'll Do
Build, manage, and grow relationships with publishers, advertisers, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive collaborations from initial contact to deal closure.
Monitor and optimize performance to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and mutual success.
Work closely with leadership to shape strategic initiatives and market expansion.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in ad-tech, performance marketing, partnerships, or business development.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with data to track and optimize performance.
Excellent English - both spoken and written.
Independent, proactive, and results-driven personality.
