Vault Home Credit Corporation DBA VaultPay is designed to ease the consumer financing transaction between our Partners and Homeowners. We offer customers total payment control with simple and easy financing options for Homeowners and their Home Improvement loans. We are looking for a motivated, customer focused Customer / Partner Support Representative to join our team in Toronto. We provide a competitive salary, benefits plan and a fun and professional working environment. This Full-Time Remote position is Monday to Friday between 9:30am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00pm EST.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effectively and professionally answer incoming calls and emails and resolve customer and partner complaints / issues in a positive manner. Return all calls in a two-hour time frame.
  • Provide support to customers / partners through a phone queue, Intercom messaging and emails when required.
  • Record accurate details regarding customer inquiries into database and escalate issues as needed.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Answer inquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts.
  • Liaise with internal staff, external partners, and customers regarding loan documentation
  • Complete administrative activities associated with serving customers, including accessing information and communicating transaction detail.
  • Accurately process Home-Owner Verification
  • Work cross departmentally to resolve issues such as credit disputes or technology issues.
  • Assist with auditing transactions and handling any deficiencies including requesting updated documentation.
  • Assist with other tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • 1+ year leasing, or finance experience preferred or
  • 1+ year working in a call center / contact center environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Exceptional customer experience and contact management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing accuracy and attention to detail. Including Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent judgement and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated and ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Outgoing, confident personality and comfortable in dealing with clients and other employees
