About the role As a Marketing Support Representative at Future Electronics, you will play an integral role in the coordination of all pre- and post-sales activities. You will support our procurement team with inventory management and ensure that all marketing support and service activities are coordinated and completed to the satisfaction of Future Electronics\xe2\x80\x99 customers. how you will make an impact \xe2\x97\x8f Working with internal teams and using the predefined process for pre- and post-sales support for customers \xe2\x97\x8f Working with the procurement team to ensure the coordination of all rescheduling and cancellation activity \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborating with Customer Service for expedited activity and shipment tracking \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with sales branches for all stock availability checks, and problem-solving expedite requests \xe2\x97\x8f Working interdepartmentally and alongside supplier contacts to maintain accurate and timely information We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone with \xe2\x97\x8f University education or equivalent work experience \xe2\x97\x8f Microsoft Office familiarity - you are able to create presentations and manipulate data \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to prioritize work and multitask - you do what it takes to get the job done \xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication skills - internally, with other teams and managers, and externally with suppliers \xe2\x97\x8f Attention to details you are meticulous and take pride in your work It\xe2\x80\x99d be great if you have \xe2\x97\x8f Desire to delight customers - you anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations \xe2\x97\x8f You are organized and pay close attention to detail \xe2\x97\x8f Results-oriented and able to self-manage Why join us At Future Electronics, we mean it when we say we care about our employees.
