Purpose: The Partner Engagement team supports the University\'s efforts to engage and partner with a wide variety of corporate and non-profit organizations in areas of mutual interest. The Partner Communications and Data Coordinator assists the Partner Engagement team in building positive working relationships with key contacts. In addition, this position is responsible for the data collection and retention needed to support the multitude of relationships.
Experience: At least one year working with Stakeholders with an emphasis on writing, research and data collection.
Skills: Knowledge Must have experience in database management and reporting. Ability to balance multiple projects and meeting deadlines without sacrificing an eye for detail. Must have a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and ability to work with staff in a cordial and tactful manner. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technology and to work as part of a team. Proficiency with databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Social media tools. Strong team player, able to work collaboratively, take responsibility, and understand their role in building positive public perception of the organization. Must maintain confidentiality and be respectful of sensitive situations. Knowledge of AODA and privacy legislation and other legislative requirements. Skills Must be a self-starter with excellent editing, writing and research skills. Ability to understand, implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Exceptional organizational skills. Understanding of the importance of managing sensitive and confidential information.

Compensation:
York\'s CPM Compensation Framework has a salary grid consisting of 6 or 8 steps (depending on job grade) which is reviewed annually with possible adjustments, and a lump sum Performance Based Recognition Award.
