Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d'un.e partenaire, acquisition des talents pour rejoindre notre equipe des ressources humaines basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


Dans ce role central, vous jouerez un role determinant dans le faconnement de l'avenir de notre organisation en identifiant, attirant et retenant les meilleurs talents. Vous collaborerez etroitement avec les gestionnaires et les partenaires d'affaires en ressources humaines (PARH) pour comprendre les besoins de main d'oeuvre, developper des strategies de sourcing et gerer le processus complet de recrutement.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe acquisition des talents ou l'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Responsabilites:



Collaborer avec les partenaires d'affaires ressources humaines (PARH) et les gestionnaires pour definir les exigences du poste, les competences et les criteres de selection afin de determiner les meilleures strategies de recrutement ; Fournir un service groupes clients de qualite et developper une comprehension et une maitrise des besoins organisationnels afin d'atteindre les objectifs de main d'oeuvre ; Coacher et accompagner les gestionnaires sur les processus et meilleures pratiques ; Utiliser votre expertise pour attirer, rechercher et embaucher les candidats et rester a l'affut du marche de candidats dans l'industrie aerospatiale ; Assurer l'integrite, la conformite et l'adherence aux processus de recrutement ; Preparer les offres d'emploi en collaboration avec les membres de l'equipe RH afin de presenter les offres aux candidats ; Soutenir les demarches de mobilite du groupe en collaborant avec les experts mobilite et les PARH ; Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur Airbus en participant aux evenements de marketing de l'emploi et de recrutement ; Contribuer a l'amelioration des processus et supporter l'equipe selon les besoins operationnels.

Profil recherche:



Detenir un minimum de 5 ans d'experience en recrutement (processus complet) a differents niveaux de poste (administratif, technique, professionnel, supervision/gestion). Certificat ou Baccalaureat en administration, en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou dans un domaine pertinent. Capacite demontree a developper des relations solides avec les candidats et les groupes clients. Capacite a fournir et a obtenir des resultats dans un environnement dynamique, changeant et au rythme rapide. Competences organisationnelles eprouvees avec une attention aux details et une solide capacite a etablir des priorites dans un environnement avec des demandes concurrentes. Competence et interet marque pour l'optimisation des processus et la creation de solutions innovantes. Avoir demontre un tres bon niveau d'autonomie et d'initiative au quotidien. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite, en francais et en anglais Afficher un bon leadership avec la capacite d'influencer les autres. Maitrise des systemes Google Suite , Workday (un atout)*

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


In this central role, you will play a determining part in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. You will collaborate closely with managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the complete recruitment process. You will be part of the talent acquisition team where the team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Responsibilities:



Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and managers to define job requirements, skills and selection criteria in order to determine the best recruitment strategies; Provide quality customer service and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs in order to achieve workforce objectives; Coach and support the managers on processes and best practices; Use your expertise to attract, source and hire candidates and stay on top of the candidate aerospace market industry; Ensure integrity, compliance and adherence to recruitment processes; Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR team members in order to present offers to candidates; Support the Group's mobility initiatives by collaborating with mobility experts and HRBPs; Act as an Airbus ambassador by participating in job marketing and recruitment events; and Contribute to process improvement and support the team according to operational needs.

Requirements:



Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment (full process) at various levels (administrative, technical, professional, supervisory/managerial). Certificate or Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations or relevant field Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups, external vendors, schools and candidates. Ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands. Skilled and keen interest in optimizing processes and creating innovative solutions. Demonstrated a good level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others. Good knowledge of Google Suite, Workday (asset).
