Job Overview:
We are seeking a part time Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Appointment scheduling
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- MOA or previous experience preferred but not required
