Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to A&W standards Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines Support sales initiatives through upselling techniques

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred Strong understanding of food safety practices Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Excellent time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks Experience with POS systems is a plus
