Noble Grape, the leader in consumer made wine & beer, is looking for a qualified candidate to become a

part-time team member

in our new Windsor location.

For 32 years Noble Grape has been locally owned and operated by 2 brothers. Over the years we have grown from 1 store to 10, and from a home brew store to housing on site wineries in all locations. Due to our ongoing success, we are searching for more team members.

Part-time

team members occupy an entry level position, you bring the passion and we will show you the rest.

Successful candidates may be trained in all aspects of Noble Grape. This includes training in our Urban Wineries where we manufacture small scale batches of wine for our customers, on the retail floor driving sales, as well as hosting customers at the bottling counter as they package their finished wine.

it's fast, it's fun, it's hard work!

The ideal candidate enjoys a fun team environment, is able to adapt quickly throughout the day, can handle and appreciate the physical requirements of working in the winery, and is comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.

Requirements:

-Be a self-starter

-Have a passion for wine

-Bondable

-Must be 19 years of age or older

-Available weekday evenings till 6pm, and Saturday until 5pm

-Able to stand for long periods of time

-Capable of lifting 60 lbs repeatedly

Proven Skill Requirements:

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Interpersonal skills

-Being a team player

Considered an asset:

-Wine or beer making experience

-Wine education or training

-Experience in retail sales / Using Point of Sales Applications
