Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Administrator to help manage the day-to-day operations of growing clinic. The perfect candidate would be able to work independently with minimal supervision to efficiently completing daily tasks. Additionally, as you will be the one welcoming our amazing clients, we would like someone who is kind, respectful, cheerful, and ready to build a professional relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service/Reception. Booking appointments for patients Managing and responding to phone calls and emails. Organize schedule and billing alongside the therapists Manage office requisitions and inventory Assist the clinicians with clients and equipment needs Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

- Works well in a team

- Excellent communication

- English Proficiency (fluent)

- Mandarin Proficiency (conversational level)

- Organized and time management

- Computer technical skill

- Processing and receiving private payments

- Mediating with individuals in ICBC

- Preferably university or college students

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
