Hybrid Admin Assistant
to support our office operations while also helping us shine on social media.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day office and administrative duties
Create and post engaging content on
Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Support with scheduling and client communications
Assist in organizing files, documents, and workflow systems
Occasionally work from our Coquitlam office and remotely from home
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of
Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Quick learner with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with any of the following is a
major plus:
Square
Mailchimp
Canva
ChatGPT
Comfortable working independently and in-office when needed
Own computer preferred
Strong written and spoken English communication skills is a must
