Varsity Chrysler is looking for a Part Time Receptinoist to join their team! The Receptionist will assist the sales department with various day to day needs as well as providing exceptional customer service. Sales Managers or the General Manager may provide direction on tasks that need to be completed throughout the day. Primary areas of focus will be dealing with customers, distributing sales leads and managing the inventory. Customers
Answer phones and greet customers in a professional manner
Dispatch sales/internet leads to sales consultants
Collect/Refund customer deposits
Handle overflow calls from service and take messages if necessary
Verify customer information (name, address, phone, email) and push deals into Dealer Socket
2. Inventory
Update invoices from manufacturer into CDK (accounting update, assign stock numbers)
Stock in vehicles that come in from transport (update CDK)
Create PDI work orders for new units that come in from transport
Input incoming dealer trades into CDK
Print recalls for vehicles on delivery
3. Administrative
Handle courier incoming/outgoing for sales department
Order business cards for sales department
Cheque control (log book)
Ensure supplies are adequate (file folders, paper for printer, etc) in work space
Create deal jackets for sales department
Keep files for vehicles organized and in sequence
Manage file/key log book
Manage dealer plates log book
Manage gas cards
4. Other related activity
From time to time Receptionists will be required to perform other related duties. This will include but not be limited to:
i. Dealing with customer issues/complaints ii. Handling confidential information according to policy iii. Assist with various forms and paperwork on behalf of customer and dealership iv. Adhere to all policy\xe2\x80\x99s as outlined in employee handbook v. Refrain from using social media during work hours vi. Be at work a minimum of 5 minutes before shift begins vii. Adhere to Health and Safety policy
Receptionists are expected to wear appropriate clothing for the workplace.

Maintain a valid Alberta Drivers License 5. To adhere to all company policy as outlined in the employee handbook. 6. To adhere to and participate fully with the health & safety policy 7. Maintain a positive attitude at all times and do individuals part to maintain a healthy team atmosphere
