Part Time Real Estate Receptionist

Job Description
Well established Real Estate Brokerage currently looking for someone to work Part-time as a receptionist at our Toronto location (Don Mills and Eglinton). *MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.* Evenings: 4:00-8:00pm | Weekends: 9:00am-5:00pm *Hours may vary Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answering phones, working on appointments, greeting clients/agents
- Upload MLS listings, preparing offers, amendments, waivers
- Must keep office clean and organized
- Assisting agents with questions/concerns
- Real Estate (preferred)
- Experience using BrokerBay, Trreb, Webforms (preferred)
- Phone Etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communication
- Administration
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), email and internet
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced atmosphere
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manners
- Communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Good Typing Skills
- Work well in an individual and team environment
- Must be punctual
- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
