Job Description
We are hiring for the position of a part-time Physiotherapy Aide/Receptionist for our MCPHILLIPS location!
As an aide/receptionist you will work alongside assisting the Physiotherapist, as well as performing reception duties.
Duties include:
Bringing back patients Making heat/ice packs Maintenance of rooms and equipment Doing laundry Booking appointments Sending visits off to insurance companies Taking payments Order supplies and tracking inventory
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service Strong communication skills Precise attention to detail Ability to work in a busy environment Professional and reliable Strong computer skills
This is a
part time position
, candidates must be available to workevenings (2:30 start - 7:00/8:00) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, capable of multitasking, have excellent phone skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. Extra consideration will be given to those who have a background/interest in fitness and Kinesiology.
