Job Description

We are looking to add a Part-time Physiotherapy Administrative Assistant to our

team at Progression Muscle, Bone and Joint.

Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant would include:

- greeting patients, answering phone calls

- cleaning treatment rooms and taking patients to rooms

- booking patients in Jane system

- taking payments and completing billing

- sending and receiving patient reports

- assisting with all front desk and general retail duties

- Adherence to all Progression MBJ protocols and policies ensuring patient care is

utmost priority at all times

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Well-developed communication and management skills

- Excellent understanding of providing quality customer service. Experience in business

administration and/or related experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to

train and mentor the right personality.

Hours would be between Monday to Friday and shifts may vary (morning, day or

evening).

Job Type: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour starting wage based on experience

Work Location: In person
