Job Description

We are hiring for the position of a part-time Physiotherapy Aide/Receptionist for our ST JAMES location!

As an aide/receptionist you will work alongside assisting the Physiotherapist, as well as performing reception duties.

Duties include:

Bringing back patients Making heat/ice packs Maintenance of rooms and equipment Doing laundry Booking appointments Sending visits off to insurance companies Taking payments Order supplies and tracking inventory

This is a

part time position

, candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday 3 - Close with the occasional day shift as needed. There may be flexibility to pick up an extra shift whether that be at our Portage clinic or one of our other clinics.

Candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, capable of multitasking, have excellent phone skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.

Extra consideration will be given to those who have a background/interest in fitness and Kinesiology.
