Office Assistant/Receptionist Part Time
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and reliable administrative support.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Handle low-volume sales transactions for walk-in customers
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns effectively
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Utilize phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear communication
Assist with payment processing tasks
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Familiarity with general office software is an asset
Fluency in English and Chinese is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
