Part Time Office Clerk
Burnaby
$22-23 per hour
Working every Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm starting November 6 for approximately one month
We are a Canada-based dental support organization and the country's largest majority dentist-owned network, with nearly 500 practices nationwide
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable, this person will mostly mail out 50-70 cheques a week to their dental offices/practices all over Canada
Responsibilities and Duties:
The role will mostly be seated at a computer, and also some standing to organize the shipping envelopes. There is between 50 to 70 envelopes to do each week, but the number does vary depending on patient refund volumes
Accounts Payable will print out the cheques and this person will reconcile, use a computer to enter shipping label data into their Fedex portal, to produce the required shipping documents to get everything bundled, labelled and ready to ship by the end of that day
Required Skills & Abilities:
Able to use a computer. Experience with courier an asset (FedEx)
Organized and self directed with strong attention to detail
Must be able to deal with highly confidential information
