SUPER FAST PACE, we feed hundreds/thousands of people and we are growing with more opportunities. Looking for part time line cooks to do all the take out and support the catering team.

Must have great communication!!! We have a big team and we need to make sure we are all communicating well!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. This role involves preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the kitchen. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices. Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency in quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to management. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods for meal preparation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation and cooking processes. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
