Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices. Maintain classroom well using the New Brunswick curriculum

Experience

ECE for New Brunswick is required Previous teaching experience or experience with children Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and parents. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in lesson planning. Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources is a plus. Flexible with hours to accommodate changing schedules A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
