Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time or Full-Time Closing Shift staff in a dynamic food service environment. This role is ideal for those passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations while working during evening hours to close the restaurant.

Duties

Prepare and assemble menu items following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems, including Fresh KDS and Uber Eats, for order processing and cash handling Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in food handling and storage procedures to maintain freshness and safety Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly Support closing procedures such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and securing the premises at shift end Manage time effectively to ensure smooth operations during busy closing hours

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred but not required Knowledge of POS systems, especially FreshKDS and Square, is an asset but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to work independently during closing hours with minimal supervision Good time management skills to ensure all duties are completed efficiently before shift end Previous experience in cashiering or serving roles is advantageous Mandatory evening availability including at least one weekend shift. Earliest shifts can start is 3:30pm, and the latest we can close is 1am.

Pay: $17.70-$20.00 per hour
