is a unique flower cafe located in the heart of Barrhaven. As we grow, we're looking for an

Experienced Florist

to join our team part-time. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and love working with blooms and greenery, this could be the perfect role for you.

Who You Are:

You have at least

1 year of experience

as a florist or have recently graduated from a floral design program. You enjoy designing bouquets for

everyday orders, weddings, funerals, and special events

. You're comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone. You're organized, tidy, and maintain a clean workspace and cooler. You know how to care for fresh flowers and

love working with live plants

.

What We're Looking For:

Strong recent experience in floral design, including event arrangements. Experience working with plants is a plus. Positive attitude, friendly, and a great team player. Able to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines. Excellent English communication skills--both verbal and written. Confident using computers, with the ability to input orders and navigate systems efficiently. Self-motivated and able to multitask. You're available for evening and

weekends, and flexible during peak seasons

like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.

Additional Details:

Compensation based on experience. 6-month probationary period. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
