Key Responsibilities

Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication Adhere and uphold standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen Execute the preparation of menu items & dishes to the correct recipe and plating specifications in order to maintain consistency, while ensuring a timely output Cook menu items in sync with the rest of the kitchen line team Maintain a clean and organized work station Follow directions from Executive Chef and Sous Chef Play a key role in the successful completion of each service and ensure guests receive a positive food experience
Key Requirements

2-3+ years' Line Cook in a full service restaurant experience required Passionate about producing high quality, made from scratch food Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs Familiarity with industry best practices Must be over 18 Year of Age, as alcohol service and open scheduling availability is a requirement
