As a line cook with The Barley Mow your key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
You will be required to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
You will be required to follow company food specs and recipes as well as maintain a high standard of food quality and cleanliness.
You will be responsible for maintaining proper pars for food, dry products and cleaning products.

Job Duties:
Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
