As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, and eyelash extensions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with industry standards. Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Perform retail sales of skincare products and upsell additional services to enhance the client experience. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold the salon's reputation for excellence.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to esthetics and beauty services. Experience in retail sales, with a focus on upselling products and services. Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other esthetic treatments. Ability to provide exceptional guest services while creating a relaxing atmosphere for clients. Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain accurate client records. A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
