to support our team and help us continue providing smooth, professional service to our patients.

About the Role:

We're seeking a

part-time dental receptionist

to assist with day-to-day front desk duties. The ideal candidate will have

dental office experience

and be confident handling the pace and responsibilities of a busy reception desk.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and handling patient inquiries Scheduling and confirming appointments Managing recalls and patient follow-ups Communicating with dental insurance providers General administrative support for the front desk team

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a dental office

is required Familiarity with

Tracker dental software

is a strong asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive and professional attitude

Schedule:

Part-time hours (specific days/times to be discussed) Flexibility is an asset
