As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for brides-to-be as they select their dream wedding attire. Your expertise in customer service and sales will help guide clients through the process, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their choices. You will utilize your strong communication skills and organizational abilities to manage appointments, assist with fittings, and provide exceptional service throughout the bridal journey.
Previous experience selling bridal gowns or high fashion is preferred but not mandatory. You must be comfortable working on a team and have the ability to work independently and under pressure as well as the capability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful working environment.
Duties
Provide personalized consultations to brides, understanding their vision and preferences for their wedding attire.
Conduct product demonstrations and fittings, ensuring each bride receives tailored assistance.
Maintain an organized inventory of bridal gowns and accessories, including merchandising displays to attract customers.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders for fittings or consultations.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere in the store while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly within the bridal or fashion industry.
Proven time management skills to effectively juggle multiple appointments and tasks throughout the day.
