We are currently seeking a

Full-Time Bridal Stylist

for our Carleton Place location. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background, a flair for customer service, and a natural ability to connect with people.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized, one-on-one bridal styling appointments that create a memorable and luxury experience. Build and maintain strong relationships by actively listening, reading the room, and tailoring your approach to each bride's unique personality, style, and cultural background. Guide and support brides and their parties through the gown selection process, offering expert advice, and confidently helping brides find their dream dress. Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a positive and supportive environment. Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking by taking initiative, problem-solving, and contributing to the boutique's growth and success. Stay knowledgeable about bridal fashion trends, designers, and collections to provide expert recommendations. Assist with daily operations, including merchandising, cleaning, upkeep of the showroom, and administrative tasks. Ability to adapt to the work needed in a small business. Work Saturdays and peak bridal seasons with flexibility to support the needs of the boutique. Comfortable participating in social media content creation, including photos and videos with our team.

Qualifications & Skills

Honesty and Integrity Previous sales experience with a proven track record (retail or luxury sales preferred). Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and create exceptional experiences for our brides and their parties. Team-oriented mindset--collaboration, communication, and support for our entire team Adaptability and cultural awareness to connect with diverse brides and bridal parties. Problem-solving ability to manage challenges gracefully and ensure a seamless experience. Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative, creativity, and a desire to contribute to the success of the boutique. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability to work full-time hours in Carleton Place (including weekends).
