Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting various financial functions within the organization. Duties

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and accuracy Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate financial records Utilize accounting software such as odoo, and other systems for bookkeeping and financial management Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making processes Assist with budgeting, auditing, and financial planning activities Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities Support payroll processing and related functions Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all accounting activities Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience with accounting software including odoo , and other relevant platforms Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting standards Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation Familiarity with corporate finance practices such as budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required Prior experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
