The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parkour and a commitment to educating and mentoring individuals of all skill levels. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in developing clients, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive environment that encourages personal growth and achievement.

Responsibilities

Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual kids and adults. Educate client on proper techniques, strategies, and safety protocols to enhance their performance. Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all participants receive personalized attention and feedback. Monitor clients' progress and provide constructive criticism to help them improve their skills. Foster a supportive team atmosphere that promotes camaraderie and respect among participants.

Experience

Proven experience as a parkour coach. Strong knowledge of parkour techniques and training methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate individuals effectively. A passion for teaching and mentoring athletes of varying skill levels. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
