We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our Winnipeg team for the following position(s)

Job Title: Parking Lot Attendant

Company: 400 Tache Ltd.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Property Management - Commercial, the Parking Lot Attendant helps to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the hourly parking lot located at 400 Tache Avenue in keeping with Towers Realty Group standards at all times. Duties include but are not limited to:

Rotating shifts working with others in the parking lot booth, Customer service for parking patrons, guiding and directing them on the parking procedures, Charging and collecting payments from parkers, Liaison with the Management office for floats, parking or towing procedures, Locking the doors to the building at 7 pm, depending on shifts, Snow shoveling in winter season, Maintaining a float
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

A pleasant demeanor Demonstrated customer service skills Highly organized and team oriented Able to deal with difficult people and situations Above average written and verbal communication skills Must have the ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job duties A car is an asset, as the bus service is limited for the early morning shift time
The following availability is required:

Mondays and Fridays 6 am until 2 pm and Tuesdays 1:45 pm to 9 pm
