The Parent Partner Coordinator, and the volunteers, work in collaboration with other health care team members to provide opportunities for parents/families to be active members of the health care team and to have the primary voice in their family\'s care. The Parent Partner Coordinator will be an active member of the NICU Always Together Committee, co-host Snack n Chat, and will participate on the Neonatal Care Committee representing parents and families.
The Parent Partner Coordinator will co-lead the Neonatal Parent Partner Program. The Parent Partner Coordinator will be fully supported by the Neonatal Care Team Social Work team members. This position will include five prongs:
