Who we need:

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Partner Marketing we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Travel and Entertainment for a 12 month contract. You will contribute to defining and building out 12-month marketing plans for high profile partner accounts. You will foster trust and become a subject matter expert, recommending data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Scene+ is currently operating under a hybrid work model. Flexibility to work onsite in our Toronto office is required.

As our new Coordinator, Partner Marketing, you will:

  • Grow your knowledge. You will expand your understanding of our membership experience, channel marketing, and partner brands. You will learn and use new tools and processes to measure performance and meet objectives.
  • Support. You will take direction, increasing your autonomy over time, and build annual marketing plans for your assigned Scene+ Owner/Partner portfolio. You will think strategically identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to put impactful campaigns in front of our millions of members, carefully determining the best channels to use for the targeted segment or brand. You will contribute to targeted promotion and offer designs with the goal of driving adoption and meeting monthly targets.
  • Optimize. You will monitor partner campaign results and develop data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time. You will work with the Lead to develop strategies for incremental improvements to process, offers and plans. You will oversee the optimization of targeting and deployment of assets and media across all relevant owned, paid and earned channels, in consultation with the Marketing Delivery team.
  • Collaborate. You will nurture strong relationships and trust with partners and internal cross-functional teams. You will negotiate time, space, and resources to ensure that your partner objectives are prioritized.
