Overall Role Summary:

The People Partner Coordinator will support the global Business Partnering team and report to the Head of HR Business Partnering. This role will primarily support two senior HRBP\xe2\x80\x99s with their client groups, as well as analyse and interpret colleague and business data, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the entire T&F business globally.

Key Accountabilities:

Tasks include:

  • Collaborate with and support the Business Partners who work closely with senior leaders to develop a people agenda that supports the overall aims of the business.
  • Support the Business Partners with their work alongside the Culture team and the business to facilitate employee engagement and DEI initiatives (including analysis of the annual Pulse survey) to support continuous improvement in productivity, performance, and culture.
  • In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team support business partners in the review and requesting of approved headcount, as well as analyse and review FTE headcount data.
  • Assist in gathering and delivering varied data requests that come from business leaders in a timely manner.
  • Working in collaboration with the HRBP\xe2\x80\x99s, guide and support people managers as the first point of contact on the performance of their direct reports and team, ensuring managers have provided colleagues clear expectations and informal coaching prior to the involvement of the People Relations team.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Relations Team to keep updated on situations that escalate to employee relation cases as well as updates on policies process, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support the HRBP\xe2\x80\x99s to ensure effective goal setting and other performance management tools are activated in the business.
  • Maintain org charts via an automated system for the specific business area.
  • Maintain the Business Partnering team\xe2\x80\x99s portal pages to ensure they are up to date and provide accurate, topical, and relevant information to the business.
  • Support the Head of HR Business Partnering and wider Business Partnering team with ah-hoc projects and requests as required by the business.
  • Support the key touchpoints with colleagues around their onboarding, development, performance, and off-boarding.
  • Work with the Business Partners to provide data and relevant information to support the benchmarking process alongside the Rewards team.
  • Work alongside the Business Partnering team to provide administration and coordination support to their business groups.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with an HR team, ideally of a global nature is desirable, but not essential.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate Excel experience
  • Acute attention to detail and numerical comprehension
  • Experience of supporting on continuous improvement projects
  • An understanding of employment legislation
  • This role is for 12 month Fixed term contract
