Job Overview

We are seeking 5 - 10 dedicated and detail-oriented Sorters to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center by accurately sorting and organizing products for shipment. This position requires physical ability to lift 10lbs - 15lbs boxes regularly, with extreme attention to detail in order to track parcels, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers. Sort items based on parcel type, and destination to ensure all shipments are handled efficiently with accurate order fulfillment. Assist in accurately counting of incoming boxes, tracking and/or inspecting products for damages when required. Record and confirm counts with shipping /receiving documents. Work efficiently to meet daily processing targets and timelines Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Good communication skill able to collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Skills

Able to stand, walk and move for extended periods. Previous warehouse logistic experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to details and counting accuracy. Basic reading and number skills to match labels and inventory sheets. Experience with SKU or UPC similar warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to perform lifting consistently throughout the shift. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment practices. A proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork within the warehouse environment. Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
