Paralegal/Legal Assistant Langley, BC Full-time
  • prepare and edit correspondence and legal documents
  • calendar and schedule management
  • maintain and organize client files
  • carry out correspondence and communications with internal staff, lawyers and external clients
  • priortize work and meet deadlines
  • draft a variety of court documents including Notices of Civil Claim, Responses to Civil Claims, Petitions, Affidavits, Lists of Documents
  • Assist in preparations for Examinations for Discovery, Trials, Petition hearings, Application hearings and Mediations
  • ability to write professionally, grammatically and apply proofreading skills when drafting documents
  • ability to work independently and in small teams
  • employ organizational skills
  • maintain a consistent eye for detail
  • work in a professional environment with a varying clientele and a broad range of legal disputes
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:
