Applications are being accepted for a Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Foreclosure Paralegal to work independently within a busy insolvency and foreclosure practice. The successful candidate should have knowledge of the commercial bankruptcy and insolvency process, and foreclosure process from start to finish, including preparation and service of industry and legal documents and legal notices. Other responsibilities include daily client reporting, monitoring court deadlines, communicating with debtors, court clerks, appraisers, and other service providers. The successful candidate will be a team player, possess strong attention to detail skills, and have the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Experience in bankruptcy and insolvency is preferred but serious consideration will be given to training interested candidates with a strong litigation background with the ability and desire to work independently in an insolvency practice.
