Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes is the most popular souffle pancake shop in Canada! We are now expanding and looking for skilled cooks & baristas to join our team and increase productivity & product innovations. This position will report to our management team for our signature Calgary Downtown (Kensington) location.

Team Member Job Requirements

Provide excellent customer service.

Welcome and connect with every customer.

Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards

Preparing drink cold & hot drink items according to established standards

Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.

Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Cleaning all utensils, kitchen and working tables as needed

Maintain quality store operations.

Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.

Follow standards for stocking, rotating and storing products.

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.

Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.

Contribute to store profitability.

Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a cook or barista preferred

Possess an outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to identify and use resources to improve overall operations.

Food Handler's certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
